Meet our Leadership Team
René De Fiori
René came to Admiral West in 2007 to lead the company’s expansion into the western U.S. Responsible for day-to-day operations, he has consulted on over 200 projects for clients in a wide range of industries.
René’s implementation expertise is focused on business process and operations reviews, design of customized processes, data conversion and integration strategies as well as project management. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Project Management Professional.
Prior to Admiral West, he held executive, management and consulting positions with then Microsoft’s largest international VAR and at a major ERP software publisher. He began his career as an auditor and consultant with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Service Group.
Eric joined the Admiral West team in 2007 and has since consulted with clients across a variety of industries, from food manufacturing and financial services to telecommunications, professional services and pharmaceutical.
Eric works with Microsoft Dynamics and Vicinity Manufacturing applications, focusing on the accounting, distribution and manufacturing modules as well as add-ons and custom applications. He holds GP Financial, Distribution and MR certifications and is a member of the Microsoft Great Certified Professional Program (CPP).
Prior to joining Admiral West, Eric led overall operations for a recognized VAR and two nationwide wholesale distributors.
Terry joined the company in 2007 after five years with a prominent nationwide VAR and has since assisted over 100 clients and participated in scores of successful engagements.
He works primarily with the MS Dynamics and Vicinity Manufacturing applications as well as custom integrations between Dynamics and industry specific applications. Terry brings deep experience and knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SmartConnect/eConnect, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS/DTS). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Terry has over twenty years of business analysis and software application implementation experience. He specialized in large, complex, multi-site engagements for financial institutions in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
